If ever there was a book that could not only impact, but change my life, it is this one. There must be a right time and this book came at a very right time in my older adult senior life. Can you believe it? Here in my 70's, my life can still change for the good!After reading the Holy Bible several times throughout my life, after pursuing various and many Christian denominations and classified non-Christian religions, after reading untold innumerable books throughout my life, going to many workshops, seminars, conferences over the years, it may all have been less needful for me, if I had come across the info for Spiritual Growth as put forth by David Capps. It is one that anyone whether religious or not, whether seeking or not should be able to read and to reap benefit. But as I stated, "This must have been the right time" ...for me. I am very grateful and indebted to Mr. Capps and the Lord Jesus Christ for this help that has come for inner spiritual growth.

I picked this up when doing a Gospel of Thomas book study and thoroughly enjoyed reading the commentary. Then he adds in a useful spiritual practice which delineates the process we often use in the contemplative evocative approach in spiritual direction. Taking it further into dividing our scripts up between woundings, teachings and imprinting we are invited to take our false self into its more subtle aspects. It reminds me of the work of Gurdjieff and yet requires a personal honesty to make progress. I used this effectively on a week long retreat as a guide taking in the various pieces of the exercises each day until all were present. Recommend this to any spiritual director or guide who wants to continue their own inner work and guide others in supervision.

A gem. This book was flawless. I found it so nutrient dense that I could only read a few pages at a time, and then pause for reflexion, and yet I was eager to keep reading and learning more. Upon finishing the book I felt like I wanted to re-read it at least 2or3 more times to fully absorb the totality of the message. This book is a must read for those on a spiritual journey. I highly recommend it.

No matter your spiritual or religious inclinations, this will light up your mind in ways you never expected. An absolute must read.

Vaccines... This book takes a controversial subject and gives you the facts you need to make informed decisions about if, when and what with to vaccinate yourself with, or loved ones. We need more dialogue about this subject and this book gives accurate information.

great book, but upsetting that this is happening.

Amazing but true. Read this before you have kids and share it with those who do have kids so that they can make informed choices.

My lovable and sweet grand-daughter almost died from a blood clot and stroke as a direct result of her 5in1 Pentacel DTaP shot. She is now developmentally delayed and has brain damage. She is doing well (and getting better every day) mostly because we never vaccinated her again. The antibiotics in the vaccine destroyed her gut flora and destroyed her Vitamin K production which led to a severe blood clotting condition. She bled in her brain and had a stroke. This took 7 days to develop (we believe the manufacturer knows that this can happen because they do mention the 7th day in their vaccine package insert). Professor Coulter focuses on DTaP which is probably the most toxic vaccine but coupled with 4 other vaccines it is extremely toxic. How any child survives this is a mystery to me. This book is a "history" book of DTaP and clearly shows that parents rely on doctors too much for advice when the answer is right in front of them. It is really very simple (even though doctors continuously disagree probably to apease their conscience). You have a healthy child until the vaccinations. How can you not put two and two together? Professor Coulter clearly shows that this vaccine is dangerous. All vaccines are dangerous and don't be fooled, they are! If you don't know what mercury and aluminum is, research it, both of these metals are super toxic and have no business being injected into a baby's body. As a Christian, I also find it very disturbing that aborted fetal cells are used in the manufacture of vaccines. Professor Coulter gives us knowledge that is well researched and gives us a complete picture. Vaccines do not protect our babies and endanger their lives. YOU ARE YOUR CHILD'S PROTECTOR. READ THIS BOOK BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR BABY AND PROTECT YOUR CHILD FROM BIG PHARMA'S GREED.

This was a good book, but it was hard for me to get through the pages...so many sad stories. My son developed symptoms of autism at 16 months, but was healthy before then. We have no history of autism on either side of our families. I only recall getting 6 vaccines when I was little and I believe it should have stayed the same. My son has had over 30 shots and he is only 4. I believe in the 6 vaccines, but not over 30. It is ridiculous! They are poisoning our children!

This was the first anti-vaccine book that I read and it scared the crap out of me. The book concentrates of the DPT vaccination; specifically, the pertussis vaccine. The thing that makes this book moving is the stories from the parents. The stories of parents that their child had a negative reaction after receiving a vaccination. Part of it was describing the parent/doctor trust that was betrayed; the doctors and nurses gave the injection(s) then denied that the after-effects were a consequence of the shot, They told the parent not to worry or blamed them for being a bad parent; all this while the child is suffering temporary damage, permanent damage or will die.A documentary was made about vaccine damage and had a very limited release; however, enough parents saw it to spread the word. All of these parent that had children damaged by vaccines and were told that the vaccine was not responsible recognized the story too well. The parents were furious and looking for some pay back for the evil that had been done to their child. These parents banded together to fight back.After many years of saying that the pertussis vaccine was safe and that the parents were wrong to blame their misfortune on the vaccine; the pertussis vaccine was weakened/attenuated. The government has recently done the same thing for the MMR vaccine. After many years of saying that the vaccine was safe and not responsible for the children that developed autism after receiving it; they removed the mercury from the vaccine after enough people were upset about it. I know someone that this happened to. They took their healthy, happy, and smart baby to the doctor for the (necessary) MMR vaccine then watched the spark of intelligence fade from his eyes after receiving the shot. This happened in California. The parents did not know that they had the legal right to exempt their child from vaccination; however, they would have probably given him the shot anyways. They believed that children should be vaccinated and that they would be irresponsible as parents if they did not give their child the vaccines to protect him against disease. What a hard way to learn that vaccines are not safe. Further study reveals that the vaccines are not even effective; these toxins are being injected into our children so some people can make a profit. They are also being injected because the parents do not want to be different than the rest of the sheep herd. It takes resolve to be different from the group and be called crazy. The media really helps reassure the sheep; they blame any outbreaks of a virus on the un-vaccinated. To find out if you can exempt your children go to NVIC.ORG; they display what the laws are in each state.NVIC.ORG was the result of parents banding together to fight against the DPT vaccine; in fact, the original name for the organization was Dissatisfied Parents Together. They were responsible for the governments formation of the vaccine injury act and the organization that handles vaccine injury claims. This is touted as a victory in the book; however, the government has merely assumed the financial responsibility (with our tax dollars) for the vaccine manufactures and the doctors that administer the shots.This book will break your heart, make you furious and change your life. One reason that people continue giving vaccines to their children (even after someone like me warns them) is that their entire belief system is threatened. All of their lives they have been told by doctors, nurses and the government that vaccines were safe. Most of us believe that doctors and nurses are good people who only want to do the best for us and our children. To think that a doctor or nurse would knowingly or unknowingly do something that would damage our precious children is unthinkable. A baby is a miracle; all of our hopes and love in a tiny little bundle. We offer our precious bundle into the hands of these people we trust. This offering is not intended to be a sacrifice. The USA is the greatest nation on earth; we are the good guys; we saved the world during WW2. How could it be possible that our government would willingly allow many of our children to be damaged or killed each year? How could our beliefs have been so wrong for all of our lives? I have multiple copies of this book. I give them to parents that I want to educated about vaccinations. I recommend that you do the same. SDSerf

Very good book...very clear on the dangers of vaccines. ANYone reading this who walks away thinking it's not a big deal...or that the so-called immunity proported to be given outweighs the risks of damage from shots has their head in the sand or is being supported by one of the drug companies/subsidiaries. It was actually too much to read of the sme kind of story after a number of chapters. They simply repeat with different names and yet another expression of the damage symptoms, plus the stupidity of the medical field in their blindness or fear to stand up and stop ignoring the obvious. Good book for anyone on the fence; a graphic review for the rest of us. I would buy this for your friends/family who may need the information presented right in their faces, or to see how their own vaccine damaged children were not an anomaly, so they can take back their power to be the parent. People need to stop assuming that everyone with a medical degree really knows what they are doing to your child when they administer unneccessary, toxic and unproven vaccines - or cares beyond the politics/money involved. It's the same travesty going on in the pet ownership and veterinary world.
